Stock
While we endeavour to keep all items in stock, there may be times that this is not possible. Where this is the case, we will contact you within 1 business day to let you know that the item you have ordered is out of stock.
We will offer you one of the following alternatives:
We reserve the right to charge postage on split shipments where you know in advance that an item is out of stock, or coming soon.
Refunds and Exchanges
We take great care in choosing our products, and have every faith in the manufacturer. However if you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the item in unused condition within 14 days and we will provide a full product refund (delivery costs excluded).
For any damaged products, please call us prior to returning the item to us. We will then assess whether we need the item returned to us before we refund or exchange your product.
Secure Online Ordering
We offer secure online ordering with our user-friendly shopping cart system. When ordering online at babynova.com.au payment can be made by credit card, cheque or money order, or by direct deposit into our bank account.
We use Secure Sockets Layer which encrypts your personal information before it is transmitted via the web. This ensures that your personal information cannot be read by others or tampered with en route.
Please note that all payments made by cheque will be cleared before the dispatch of goods.
